Adriana Ostapenko

Adriana started investing in Real Estate back in 2016. She co-owns a construction company that was established 12 years ago in the Greater Toronto Area and specializes in MultiFamily BRRR projects, she is intimately familiar with the challenges and thrills of being an Entrepreneur.
After completing six successful BRRR projects averaging 86% Return on Investment, Adriana entered the larger apartment building market acquiring 37 Units in Saint John and Moncton NB over the last 12 months.
Adriana loves travelling around the country with the best people in my job as a Sales Consultant for Keyspire. She also loves reading, learning, travelling and the day-to-day mundane tasks of life, like taking my kids to the playground.
