Isaac Olowolafe Jr

Mr. Isaac Olowolafe Jr. is an award-winning real estate entrepreneur, angel investor and philanthropist. In response to the impending housing crisis, in 2022, Dream Affordable Housing was launched to provide affordable rental and ownership opportunities for marginalized and underrepresented communities. It was here that the largest affordable homeownership program for the Black community in Canada was born, in collaboration with BlackNorth Initiative and Habitat for Humanity GTA. Dream Affordable Housing currently manages and develops several development projects across Southwestern Ontario in partnership with all levels of government and other prominent institutions.
Mr. Olowolafe is the recipient of the Arbor Award from the University of Toronto, Toronto Board of Trade Award for Business, Enterprise Business Award by Planet Africa, Business Leadership Award by Leadership and Governance Canada Inc. and featured in City Mogul 2019 list.
Adriana loves travelling around the country with the best people in my job as a Sales Consultant for Keyspire. She also loves reading, learning, travelling and the day-to-day mundane tasks of life, like taking my kids to the playground.
