Who Attends
Who are the individuals that have the power to realize or influence the goals that have been established? Those individuals that can impact the goals either positively or negatively should be the target audiences. Often the policy makers and decision makers rely upon others for advice and council on decisions. Who are these individuals and do they need to be educated on the issue? Sometimes there are layers of decisions before the final decision is made. These layers have there own decision makers and influencers and need to be included as target audiences. Make sure that you analyze all the audiences that are important to achieving the goals. The lack of communication or education with a key audience can significantly delay or undermine your desired result or outcome.
