Nick is a lawyer and Senior Vice President, Affordable Housing with EllisDon Capital where he provides leadership to EllisDon’s dedicated national affordable housing team, namely EllisDon Community Builders. Nick is an experienced project development professional having led the commercial and legal aspects in a multitude of infrastructure and real estate transactions across Canada. As a former Project Director with EllisDon Capital, Nick was responsible for leading EllisDon’s bids on Canadian infrastructure projects across all asset classes. Prior to joining EllisDon, Nick practiced in the banking and finance group of a large Canadian international law firm. Prior to practicing law, Nick was a commercial lender with a large Canadian bank.
